Monivision offers fully reconditioned products that include same-as-new technical support and limited warranties. All of Monivision new products come with a limited-time total satisfaction policy. As a result of this policy, some monitors are returned. While only a small fraction of this equipment is returned because of technical issues, all monitors and projectors, other than the new end-of-life or discontinued products, are put through the production process again. They are taken apart and rebuilt to original factory specifications, then retested to ensure quality. We even use brand new boxes for packaging! Monivision Refurbished systems come with the same limited warranties as new systems, and include Monivision award winning on-site service and technical support.
